  • How do you estimate the cost of a project?
    We provide detailed estimates based on the scope of work, materials, and labor. Each estimate is customized to your specific project after an in-depth consultation.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, venmo, cashiers checks, bank transfers, and major credit cards. Specific options can be discussed during our initial consultation.
  • Are there financing options available?
    Yes, we can connect you with trusted financing partners to help make your project more affordable.
  • How much do you charge for Construction Services?
    For Construction Services we offer two different payment structures depending on the type and size of your project. Smaller Projects we offer a 50/40/10 Split: The Payments are broken down 50% Upfront. This covers planning, permites, design, mobilization, labor, and materials for the initial phase. Then 40% Midway Through the Project. Once a significant portion of the work is complete (all materials are installed except finishing touches). We then collect 10% Final Payment Upon Completion. We do a Final Walkthrough with our superintendent and you to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Bigger Projects we offer Milestone-Based Payments: The Payments are tied to specific milestones Phase 1 (25%), Phase 2 (50%), Phase 3 (20%), Completion Phase (5%). Phase 1 = 25% initial deposit. This secures the project on the schedule and covers initial planning, permits, and design. This completes Phase 1 of your project. Phase 2 = 50%. This secures all material is ordered and delivered and the crew can start working in your project. Phase 3 = 20% once the Project hits 75% completion. Completion Phase = 5% once the Project is completed. We do a Final Walkthrough with our superintendent and you to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
  • How much do you charge for Maintenance Services?
    For Maintenance Services our pricing and payment structures depends on the distance, frequency of service, complexity, size, and the level of commitment from the client. Cleaning Services: Are based on property size, number of crew members, hourly rate and type of cleaning. Cleaning Types: Basic Cleaning / Deep Cleaning / Construction Cleaning / Commercial Cleaning Hourly Rate: $40-60/hour per cleaner. Flat Rate Per Job: *Applicable for Airbnb's and Vacation Homes. Recurring Plans: Hourly Rate + Fidelity Discount for recurring plans. Clients save money on recurring cleaning services. Handyman Services: Are based on hourly rate and the complexity of the task. Hourly Rate: $50-100/hour Flat Rate Per Job: N/A Recurring Plans: Hourly Rate + Fidelity Discount for recurring plans. Clients save money on recurring handyman services. Landscaping Services: Are based on yard size, elevations, lawn height, condition of the lawn and type of service selected by client. Hourly Rate: $50-100/hour per crew member. Flat Rate Per Job: *Applicable for 1 time only jobs. Recurring Plans: Hourly Rate + Fidelity Discount for recurring plans. Clients save money on recurring landcaping services.

    Timelines vary based on the size and complexity of the project. We provide a detailed timeline during the planning phase and keep you updated throughout the process.
  • When can you start working on my project?
    Start dates depend on our current schedule and the scope of your project. Make sure you pay the initial invoice and received a receipt. We strive to begin work as soon as possible while ensuring proper preparation.
  • What happens if there are delays during the project?
    Delays are rare but may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or material shortages. We will communicate promptly and work diligently to minimize any impact.
  • Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
    Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured to provide you with peace of mind throughout your project.
  • Do you handle the necessary permits for the project?
    Yes, we take care of obtaining all required permits and ensure compliance with local building codes.
  • Can you help with design ideas or plans?
    Absolutely. Our team can assist with design ideas, material selection, and creating 2D and 3D plans that align with your vision and budget.
  • Do I need to move out during the construction process?
    In most cases, moving out isn’t necessary. We’ll discuss this during the planning phase, especially for larger projects that may temporarily impact your living space.
  • What should I do to prepare my home before work begins?
    We’ll provide you with specific instructions based on the project, such as clearing certain areas or securing valuables. Our team will guide you through every step.
  • Do you provide the materials, or can I supply my own?
    We typically provide materials to ensure quality and compatibility with the project. However, if you prefer to supply your own, we can accommodate your request. Keep in mind that you will be responsible for picking up the material and delivering into the project site. The material must be at the project site before work can start. During the remodeling process any additional materials required or materials that were miss accounted for must be picked up, resupplied, and delivered by you at the job site. This may cause delays in your project. We don't offer a pick up and delivery options for materials ordered by you. We want to prevent errors in material types, finishings and styles so your project can be completed in as desired.
  • What warranties or guarantees do you offer on your work?
    We stand by the quality of our work and offer warranties on labor and materials used. Specific details will be outlined in your contract.
  • Do you work with eco-friendly or sustainable materials?
    Yes, we offer eco-friendly and sustainable material options. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll incorporate them into the project.
  • How do you communicate progress updates?
    We provide regular updates via phone, email, or project management software, depending on your preference. You can always access your Project Owner Login Page to access your project information, completion phases, costs, photos, etc.
  • Who will be my main point of contact during the project?
    You will have a dedicated project manager as your main point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and smooth project execution.
  • How do you handle unexpected issues or changes to the project?
    We address unexpected issues quickly and transparently. Any changes will be discussed with you, and written approval will be obtained before proceeding.
  • Can I make a change on the project?
    Yes, you can change the project at anytime, it's your project. We address all changes though a Change Order Form where you will see if there is any additional or savings on your overall costs. A Change Order must be signed by you before the work can proceed.
  • What happens if there’s an issue after the project is completed?
    We offer post-project support and are available to address any concerns. Our warranties provide additional protection for your peace of mind.
  • Do you offer maintenance services for completed projects?
    Yes, we can provide maintenance services to keep your project in excellent condition over time.
  • Will you clean up after the project is finished?
    Yes, we always clean up thoroughly after completing a project, leaving your space ready to enjoy.
